NCUK stands for The Northern Consortium UK, an educational charity established in 1987 by 11 of leading UK Universities. With over 30 delivery centers across the globe. Our qualifications are recognised by our own universities and by most others across the UK, including many in the Russell Group, and also by universities internationally. And far more than other qualifications, they prepare you to hit the ground running. NCUK is a registered educational charity in UK and owned by leading UK Universities. It is monitored by QAA (Quality Assurance Agency), the same agency which overlooks quality of education for all UK Universities. NCUK British Academic Center at British Council is the only delivery center in Thailand.

To ensure best teaching from our expert teachers which have international recognized qualifications and wide range of experience, NCUK has established a good partnership with British Academic Center having a diverse experience in International education arena. British Academic Center with campuses in center of Bangkok, outstanding locations which surrounded by BTS sky train, MRT, and department store.

The NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY) is a modular program that will prepare you for first-year entry to undergraduate degree courses. Students have a choice of streams in Business, Engineering, and Computing; where they can study a combination of modules that fit in with their degree destination. NCUK-IFY is now recognized by NARIC-UK as equivalent to US, UK & Australian GCE-A level’s entry to Universities.

Our International Year One is the equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate level program and successful students can progress directly into the second year of selected undergraduate degree courses in the UK. It can be studied as a one year program or after completion of the IFY. Subject pathways are available in Accounting and Finance, Business Management .

For the time being students are admitted once a year, beginning in October.

NCUK programs are internal, acceptable to the 16 owner universities. Our programs are the same as those studied by students in the UK, assessed by both course work and examinations. Marking is done both in Thailand and in the UK.

NCUK Entry Directories list all courses in which NCUK students have been placed in the past. If you want to apply for a course that is not listed in the Directory you should contact a member of the NCUK student service team. For the IFY it is possible to add courses to our progression arrangements. For the International Year One it is unlikely that a new route can be added.

Once you have passed your IFY at NCUK British Academic Center, our placement team will assist you plan for any of our UK partner University. You can apply for any US, Australian or European University for Year 1 or 2 of Undergraduate study.

Yes, all teachers/lecturers receive training in style and methodology of teaching and in assessment and evaluation as expected in UK higher education.

The lecturers in the centers mark all exams and continuous assessments internally. They are then moderated externally by NCUK in the UK. This is in effect a second marking

Yes, re-sit examination schedules are available with the teaching centers.

There is an announced date for releasing exam results. Students will be given certificates and transcripts on or after this date.

NCUK awards the final certificate. Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate showing that you have passed the course and a transcript that details your individual module results.

We know that not all students achieve their predicted grades. Because of our unique relationship with the NCUK Universities, we are able to offer a Clearing Service. If you don’t get into your first choice University, we can still find you a suitable alternative. You receive a set of guaranteed offers at the same time that you get your results. All you have to do is choose the one that is right for you.

Local Student: 600,000 THB

International Student: 670,000 THB

The tuition fee divided into 2 instalments

• 1^st instalment is 100,000 THB ( pay deposit 100,000 THB within 2 weeks after receiving an offer letter )
• 2^nd instalment is 500,000 / 570,000 THB ( Pay the rest of tuition fee 1 within 2 weeks before the semester start)

หลักสูตร NCUK Pre-sessional English ในไทย เป็นหลักสูตรที่ออกแบบมาโดยเฉพาะเพื่อนักศึกษาต่างชาติที่ต้องการไปศึกษาต่อในต่างประเทศ โดยผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการ (English For Academic Purpose) เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษทั้ง 4 ทักษะ คือ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ในเชิงวิชาการที่จำเป็นต่อการเรียนต่อ และวิชา Research Methods ซึ่งผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนรู้วิธีการวิจัยทั้งในเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ, เรียนรู้วิธีการสืบค้นและประเมินข้อมูลจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆ รวมถึงเรียนรู้วิธีการวางแผนโครงการ,การวิเคราะห์และจัดการข้อมูล หลังจากจบหลักสูตรผู้เรียนจะมีความมั่นใจทั้งด้านภาษาอังกฤษและความรู้ทางวิชาการ และพร้อมสำหรับการไปเรียนต่อยังต่างประเทศ

สามารถเริ่มเรียนได้ทันทีหลังจากจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ซึ่งจะเปิดคอร์สในวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2563 ระยะเวลาเรียน 10 สัปดาห์ เริ่มตั้งแต่ 2 มีนาคม 2563 ถึง 20 พฤษภาคม 2563

เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้แก่ผู้ที่ต้องการไปศึกษาต่อต่างประเทศ แต่ไม่ต้องการสอบ IELTS ทาง British Academic Center/ NCUK Thailand จึงกำหนดเกณฑ์การรับสมัครเข้าเรียนโดยผู้เรียนสามารถทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษได้โดยตรงกับทางศูนย์ ซึ่งเรียกว่า BACIET ซึ่งจะมีการจัดสอบทุกเดือน สามารถดูข้อมูลวันและเวลาสอบเพิ่มเติมหรือสมัครสอบได้ที่ Link

นักศึกษาสามารถยื่นใบสมัครออนไลน์ได้ที่ Online Application Form หรือติดต่อสมัครด้วยตนเองที่ British Academic Center (NCUK ศูนย์ประเทศไทย) RSU Tower ชั้น 15 (ปากซอยสุขุมวิท 31)

หลังจากจบหลักสูตร ผู้เรียนไม่ต้องสอบ IELTS เพื่อเข้าเรียนต่อในต่างประเทศ เนื่องจากระดับภาษาอังกฤษของท่านจะได้รับการประเมินโดย NCUK ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของหลักสูตร

NCUK จะเป็นผู้ออกวุฒิบัตรให้แก่ผู้เรียน โดยผู้เรียนจะได้รับผลการเรียน(Transcript) และใบประกาศณียบัตรหลังจากจบหลักสูตร

ผลการเรียนและประกาศณียบัตรจากหลักสูตร NCUK Pre-sessional English ได้รับการยอมรับจากมหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆทั่วโลก ซึ่งประกอบด้วยมหาวิทยาลัยในกลุ่ม NCUK และมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำอื่นๆ ผู้เรียนสามารถยื่นผลการเรียนและใบประกาศณียบัตรนี้ เพื่อสมัครเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโทได้ แทนการสอบ IELTS

ผู้เรียนสามารถเลือกเรียน ป. โท ในทุกสาขาวิชา ในทุกมหาวิทยาลัยที่รับผลการเรียนจากหลักสูตร NCUK Pre-sessional English ในไทย

ถึงแม้ได้รับการตอบรับจากมหาวิทยาลัยโดยไม่ติดเงื่อนไขแล้ว ผู้เรียนยังสามารถเข้าเรียนหลักสูตร NCUK Pre-sessional English ในไทย ได้ เพราะหลักสูตรที่เข้มข้น และการเรียนการสอนที่มีคุณภาพ และหลักสูตรที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อนักศึกษาต่างชาติเพื่อการเรียนต่อต่างประเทศ รวมถึงการดูแลเอาใจใส่จากคณาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ของ NCUK จะช่วยให้ผู้เรียนสามารถพัฒนาระดับภาษาอังกฤษ และทักษะการเรียนที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีความพร้อมมากขึ้นและประสบความสำเร็จในการศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโทในต่างประเทศได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ถึงแม้จะยังไม่ได้สมัครเรียนหรือยังไม่ได้รับใบตอบรับจากทางมหาวิทยาลัย ก็สามารถเรียนหลักสูตร NCUK Pre-sessional English ในไทยได้ เพียงผ่านเกณฑ์การรับสมัครที่กำหนด

ผู้เรียนสามารถชำระเงินค่าเรียนได้ 2 ช่องทางดังนี้

• ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต (มีค่าธรรมเนียม 3%)
