About University

University of Salford ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากเมือง Manchester เพียงไม่กี่ไมล์ ปัจจุบันมีนักศึกษาประมาณ 20,000 คน บนพื้นที่ parkland ขนาด 60 เอเคอร์ ริมแม่น้ำ Irwell ก่อตั้งในปี 1850 ในชื่อ Pendleton Mechanics Institute และได้รับวิทยฐานะเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยในปี 1967
