Counselor Assistance

Responsibilities:

  • support all walk in with offer assisting for students applying to study abroad
  • Assist Counselor with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparation to go to study abroad
  • Follow up prospective customers / enquirers (via telephone, LINE, email, etc)
  • Able to Participate in education events during weekend and peak season
  • Maintain customer files & keep in contact with student customers
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and activities
  • Offer after sale support if need
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Thai nationality
  • Female
  • Any Bachelor level degree from Thailand include overseas (but not essential)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded with a strong commitment to customer service (essential)
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season (essential)
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirements from time to time (essential)
  • Experience working within study abroad industry or relevant (advantage) (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
