• Advising potential students on their study options
  • Follow up online enquiries and convert these to customers
  • Follow up prospective enquiries such as telephone, line, email, Facebook, etc
  • Updating and maintaining customer file
  • Helping with the application process through to the acceptance process and their preparation to go to study abroad
  • Provide visa advice and help students with the submission of visa applications, Accommodation and other duties that relevant to student service.
  • Participating in education event with partner universities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Qualification, skills& Experience

  • Female
  • Any Bachelor level degree from Thailand includes overseas or higher education (but not essential)
  • Excellent in written and spoken English (essential)
  • Excellent communication and team work skills (essential)
  • Enthusiastic, open minded with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work on weekends during peak season
  • Able to work under pressure of management requirement from time to time
  • Experience working within study abroad industry or relevant (Advantage)
